This Warning will appear shortly before your fiscal year is about to end.

The purpose of the new fiscal year process is to create a starting balance entry into our audit table for any account that has an outstanding balance as of day 1 of your new year.

So on DAY 1 of your Fiscal Year do the following to get great starting balances.
