If you are receiving an error when using any import process within iGovServices while using a spreadsheet and format that had been used in the past with no issue first try the following:
Make sure that the title of the excel spreadsheet import file has a name that is no longer than 15 or so characters and with no spaces. (You may use underscores.)
Another suggestion is to copy and past the contents of the file into a clean spreadsheet and then try the import again. This may get rid of any hidden issues with the file.
