When running the Delinquent Mortgage Company Export and you receive a zero amount showing in the delinquent column and you know that the account owes and it is not supposed to be 0.00 then run the Update Property Totals that will refresh the accounts.
The Update Property Totals for the entire system is located in the Dashboard/Admin/Update Property Totals.
