Exciting Updates Coming to OpenGov Tax and Revenue - Formerly iGovServices Navigation Bar.
All of us here at OpenGov, and Tax and Revenue would like to take this opportunity to give our wonderful customers a preview of what is coming in September of 2024. As you can see in the image above the color scheme has changed from green to blue and the navigation buttons have been moved from the far left to a horizontal bar at the top of the screen.
The changes to the navigation bar are cosmetic and do not change the functionality in the system. The processes are the same and have not changed.
You will notice that the Dashboard, Billing, Cashiering, Balancing and Delinquency dropdowns have been placed at the top in this clean and convenient presentation.
In the right corner of the above image, you will notice that the Search and Add New Record buttons are there. To the right of the Add new Record button, you will notice four icons and those will be explained in more detail below.
