Scenario: You are trying to run a report and data is missing.
If you are running a report that you have successfully run before and now data is missing, not showing, only partial, the cause is usually an accident in a different process and easily corrected.
Do the following actions:
If Billing Dashboard Report
Category Charge Summary make sure you have assigned a category in every rate code (settings / rates / rate codes) to every rate code in rate setup.
Applied Charges is every charge you create that month. If charges are missing look at a charge on a pidn / view current charges and confirm that the GL REPORT DATE on the charge is between the Date range entered on the applied charges report. Change your report date start / end range to include the date on the charges
Collection Dashboard Reports -MAKE SURE ALL PAYMENT SESSIONS HAVE BEEN FINALIZED (session balance / create deposit / no sessions in the list that have payments you expect to see on your reports)
Deposit Summary make sure the date range is big enought to include Finalized Deposits
Distribution Details for the Accounting Breakdown - Makes sure deposits are finalized.
Category Payment Summary - Make sure you have assigned a category to every rate code in rate setup. Makes sure deposits are finalized.
