The Category Payment Summary Report is incomplete

If you are running the category payment summary report that is located on the Dashboard/Billling/Reports, and you notice that not all of your payments for the time period entered are showing up, the first thing that should be checked out is, are all of the sessions that should be in the report balanced and finalized?


The category payment summary report pulls its information from the History table. If all of the sessions are not balanced and finalized, the payments will not be entered into the history table for the report to use. 


To check if the sessions have been finalized, go to the Dashboard/Payments/Deposits and use the dropdown and check if there are any sessions in the list, and are they sessions that are a part of your desired output for the report.  If you find that there are open sessions finalize them and the information will show up on the report.
