The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the process within iGov Services to reset your Password. You must already have an employee username and password in the system to use this function.
Important Note: The Passwords are case-sensitive.
At the bottom of the Employee Login screen, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
You will be prompted on the next screen to enter your email address and click submit. This will send an email to you with a link to change your password.
Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Fill in the "New Password" field and the "Confirm Password" field, then click "Change Password."
