How to create a Security Code Notification . This will allow your customers to login and add email information into iGovServices so it will be possible to email bills and other notifications. This will also save money by not having to print and mail communications in the future.

First you will need to be logged into iGovServices

On the black navigation bar to the left

In iGovServices, navigate to:

Dashboards→ Customers → Additional Actions

(If you do not see this menu item, please contact your administrator to provide the appropriate rights)

Click Dashboards on the black navigation bar located in the far left on the iGovServices screen and then click the customers button.

When the Customer screen appears locate the Additional Actions dropdown and select the Bulk Security Code button.

You must select a Type. In the image above you will see that your choices are Business, Personal and Real. (These choices may be different on your system.)  For this example we will choose Business.  Click the green Preview button.

You will notice in the image above that there is a list of the accounts. There are three actions that can be taken.

First you can select Excel and get an excel spreadsheet of this list.

The second is to click the Email Security Code but as you see that there is spotty email information in the system

The final action is to click the Print Security Code Letter button as shown by the red arrow in the image above.  That is what we will select for this example.

On the Print All Letters screen you will have to choose the group that you wish to print. The system breaks the printing into groups of 600. If you have more than 600 letters you will have more than one group. Follow the printing process for each group, one group at a time, until you have all your your letters created and printed.

A blue progress bar will appear for each group.
