Scenario: A mortgage company has requested their tax bills.
As long as you have created your tax bills, you can provide a file to any mortgage company.
Check the following items:
Dashboard / Billing / Print Bills and select the batch with your tax bills. Sort by Mortgage Company and submit.
Click Export Bills and download the excel file. This is formatted for you to Email this file to any mortgage company. Attach the help instructions that define the file layout for the mortgage company and the return payment file layout.
Click PRINT if you want to physically print the mortgage company bills. Be sure to only print the bill pages for the mortgage company you want.
If you confirmed the above troubleshooting items then a support team member will need to review the mortgage company you are trying to send a file to.
