When taking a payment the receipt takes a long time to open.

In this Knowledgebase (KB) Article it will walk you through the process of deleting the receipt PDF's  within iGovServices 


 

You will learn:


 

        The process of deleting the receipt PDF's to speed up the receipt opening up while taking a payment. 




First you will need to be logged into iGovServices

 

On the black navigation bar to the left


In iGovServices, navigate to:


Dashboard → Admin → Delete Receipt PDF's

 
(If you do not see this menu item, please contact your administrator to provide the appropriate rights)





Locate the black navigation bar that is in the far left of the iGovServices screen. 

Click on the Dashboard button shown above by the red line. 

Click the Admin button as shown above by the red arrow.

 




Click the Delete Receipt PDF's button shown above by the red rectangle. 






The progress wheel will spin and when finished a Success screen will appear.


Now that the Receipt PDF's have been deleted your receipts will open more quickly when taking a payment.
