The process of running the MTD Applied Chrges report is located on the billing dashboard within iGovServices.
First, you will need to be logged in to iGovServices
On the black navigation bar to the left
In iGovServices, navigate to:
Dashboard → Billing → MTD Applied Charges
(If you do not see this menu item, don't hesitate to get in touch with your administrator to provide the appropriate rights)
Locate the black navigation bar on the far left of the screen and click the dashboard button, and then click the Billing button.
Locate the MTD Applied Charges portion of the billing screen and click the View Details button.
To select the desired date range for applied charges, choose the Date Selection option and enter the preferred dates. If you want to use the current date as the start and end of the month, the Auto-fill feature will do that for you. Once done, click Run Report to generate the results.
The Applied Charges Details by Date section will display the data for the date range entered. To export the information, you can use the Excel or PDF buttons located above the red line.
