The first step is to click the search button at the top of the black bar on the left and enter the PIDN or other search criteria

to pull up the account on which  you wish to set up the payment plan.

Click the hyper link for the PIDN as shown in the above image with the red arrow.

On the landing screen for the account click on the View Button at the top left.  You may then Select the Payment Plans button as indicated with the red arrow.

Select the Calculator button as show above with the red arrow.

This screen is the Payment Plan Calculator

Note:  Not all of the fields will be used in this standard example of the Calculator. The two Fee entries are advanced functions and a special Rate code must be created to use these features.

Using the dropdown for the Type of Payment Plan you can choose from the choices provided. For this example Standard will be selected.

The current balance is indicated by the upper red arrow. The second red arrow is showing the date that the first payment is due. (this must be entered by user)

The Term 1 is 12 for this example. That means that the Current Outstanding Balance will be divided into 12 equal payment.

The terms may be put in any number desired. (for example 4 which would be 4 month)

Click Calculate Payments

You will notice the Calculation Results at the bottom of the screen. Check the Term that you want either 1, 2 or 3 monthly payments and click Create Selected Plan

Click Yes.

You can either click OK before the counter reached zero or just wait and it will go to the next scree.

You will notice that there is now a Plan listed on the account as shown in Red above.

Click Payment Plan Coupons as show by the red arrow above.

Enter the PIDN of the account you have created the Payment Plan for and click Submit.

The above is the cover letter showing the customer their responsibilities.

The Payment Coupon print as shown above separated into the number of payment in the plan. In the Red Box above it shows the date due and the amount due. Each Coupon shows each consecutive month.
