How to turn on the customer login within iGovServices

In this Knowledgebase (KB) Article it will walk you through the process of how to turn on the customer login within iGovServices 


 

You will learn:


        How to turn on the customer login with iGovServices so that your customers may login to their accounts through the customer portal. 



First you will need to be logged into iGovServices

 

On the black navigation bar to the left in iGovServices, navigate to:


Settings → Organization

 
(If you do not see this menu item, please contact your administrator to provide the appropriate rights)





Locate the black navigation bar at the far left of the iGovServices screen. Select Settings and then click the Organization button shown in the above image by the red arrow. 




On the Organization screen scroll down to the Customer Portal Settings portion and you will locate the Show Customer Login toggle button as shown by the red arrow in the image above. 






By clicking on the Show Customer Login button, it will change from a red No to a green Yes. You have turned the function on so that it will now show up on the login screen. 



Scroll down to the bottom of the Organization screen and click the green Save Settings button. 








To check that you have turned on the Customer Portal within the Login portal, log out of iGovServices and on the main page before you log into the system click the Login dropdown and you will now see the customer login listed as shown in the image above.
